HOW IT WORKS:

Firstly, the overdue accounts is handed over to Oryx Debt Solutions

We do an assessment of balances, payments (if any) and agreements issued by creditor.

All documents handed over are forwarded to us for collection.

Our tracing and collection team makes contact with the debtor to inform them about handover.

We mediate with the debtor regarding payment arrangement,
if successful, we issue a letter of demand.

  • After a letter of demand is issued and still no payment, we go forward with legal steps by:
  • Issuing the debtor with a garnish from court
  • Obtaining a letter to auction assets to recoup creditors loss
  • Legally obtaining court consent to conduct balances from debtors employer
  • And finally, we will blacklist the debtor
